Redemption: You may reddem your rewards by means of either an account payee cheque or an electronic bank to bank transfer for the amount of redeem points.

You agree that all redeems you make are governed by the following conditions:

Avani Enterprises (Gyan Money) shall ask you for KYC documents to verify your address and identity at any stage. Redemptions of the rewards available in redemption bucket of your wallet will be permitted only for and from accounts for which such KYC process is complete.

You can choose to redeem points (out of the rewards available in the redemption bucket of your rewards) from your user account at any time, subject to bonus/reward redemption restrictions, by notifying us of your redemption request. Promotional rewars are subject to redemption restrictions and can only be redeem on fulfilling some preconditions, one of which is that you have made at least one reward deposit on the Portal and thereafter played at least one quiz.

Once notified, post verification of the rewards request, we may disburse the specified amount of rewards by cheque or electronic transfer based on the

Mode of redemption selected by you. Gyan Money reserves the right to disburse the specified redemption rewards to you by cheque or an electronic bank-to-bank transfer. In case of non-availability of your bank account details, the Company may require you to provide the Bank Account details to process the refund/reward. We also reserve the right to disburse the rewards on the financial instrument used to Add reward to your user account.

We will attempt our best to process your redemptions in a timely manner, but there could be delays due to the time required for verification and completing the redemption of rewards . We shall not be liable to pay you any form of compensation for the reason of delays in remitting payments to you from your user account. To be eligible to win a reward, you must be a resident of India and accessing the Services of Avni Enterprises(Gyan Money) on the Services from India.

If you are a rewad seeker resident in India and physically present in India while accessing the services of Avni Enterprises(Gyan Money) but not an Indian citizen, we will remit your rewards to the address/bank account given by you, provided, the address and bank account is within India.

You are responsible for bearing the cost of any indirect taxes as per applicable laws as amended from time to time (in addition to GST collected on deposits made by you). We reserve the right to recover taxes that become due and payable to the respective authority owing to any operation of law. demand by relevant authority or any judicial pronouncement or otherwise. We reserve the right to deduct the said amount from your balance with us and deposit the tax with the government treasury.
